Ancestors’ Shame

In 1672 the African City-State of Lebu'vert is protected from encroaching European slave raiders. Adama, the seven-year-old grandson of the king, is shielded from the dangers of human trafficking and politics churning around him. Acting on a dare, Adama and his friends leave the safety of Lebu’vert on a quest to find the pink water of Lake Retba. Enroute they find treachery, treason and murder.
